Dave is one of the best realtors around by far. I am so grateful to have had his help with the purchase of my home in Cambridge, MA. We looked at several listings within my price point and with this being my first home purchase, I was new to the experience and unsure of the process; but he was patient and very knowledgeable of the Cambridge market and made me feel at ease. He held my hand step by step through out the process. It has been 12 years since the purchase of my home and Dave continues to check in regularly to see how things are going.
