Described by peers and clients as genuine, resilient, and driven, Kit has called New England home since 2014. Originally from Georgia, she has lived all across the country but chose New England for its vibrant communities, stunning seasonal changes, and coastal charm. 

As of June 2025, Kit is a proud Stage 3 Colon Cancer survivor -- a testament to her strength and determination. Outside of real estate, she is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, an avid traveler, 20x half-marathon finisher, and a devoted supporter of causes focused on environmental/historical preservation and community initiatives.
